just finished watching de remake version of de original 'The Exorcist'. i have always heard about and seen reviews on how scary dis movie is and sorta had high expectations of it. however, to my disappointment, it din turn out to be dat scary afterall. when de show ended, my reaction was like "huh? dat is all?".
now dat i have finally got to see dis film, i seriously do not understand why everyone says dat dis is one of de scariest movie ever. apart from a couple of spine-chilling scenes which lasted only for a few minutes, overall i find de show alright la. i expected something more though. but i suppose dat is all i could get from it. maybe i have watched far too many horror flicks dat no other films of such genre could really freak me out, at de moment. haha. *arrogant grin*
come to think of it, dis is de remake version! no wonder it din turn out to be dat scary. i should watch de original version instead huh, and see if itz able to scare de wits outta me den. haha.
can anyone think of any truly scary film to recommend? i have heard about The Maid, datz currently showing on de big screens. my sister said it kinda freaked her somehow. cuz itz de 7th lunar month now? haha. i dunno how true dat is, but i'm eager to watch it. =P
